欢迎使用 BoopLog。请在使用前阅读本协议。继续使用即表示你理解并同意以下内容。
1. 关于服务
BoopLog 是一款本机手账应用，帮助你记录与宠物相关的日常瞬间、体重与提醒。本协议是你与开发者（联系：tuddvv7@gmail.com）之间就使用本应用达成的约定。如不同意，请停止使用。
2. 许可与限制
我们授予你个人、非独占、不可转让的许可，仅可将本应用用于个人、非商业目的。你不得复制、修改、反向工程、反编译或转售本应用；不得将其用于违法或侵权活动；不得干扰其运行或试图绕过安全措施。
3. 账号与本机记录
当前版本（1.0）通过「通过 Apple 登录」登录；后续版本可能增加其他登录方式，并以应用内实际提供的为准。核心手账内容默认保存在本机；会员可选择开启 iCloud 同步。你在应用中创建的内容归你所有，且须合法、真实、不侵犯第三方权利。退出登录不会自动删除本机记录；删除账号或清除本机数据后，相关本地内容将一并删除且通常无法恢复。
4. 订阅、购买与恢复
部分功能通过 Apple App Store 以自动续期订阅或一次性（终身）内购提供。价格、扣款、自动续订、取消与退款均依照 Apple 适用规则及你的 Apple ID 账户设置处理。你可在系统「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理续订。测试或调试环境中的解锁状态可能仅用于开发验证，不构成正式交易承诺。
5. 分享与导出
你可以主动导出记录（含 PDF）或通过系统分享面板分享。内容离开本应用后，后续处理由接收方应用及其隐私政策约束，我们无法控制。
6. 免责声明
记录、统计与提醒仅供个人参考，不构成医疗、兽医或其他专业建议。在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因设备故障、系统更新、用户操作失误、第三方服务中断或不可抗力导致的数据丢失、服务中断或间接损失，我们不承担责任；在可行范围内我们将合理协助排查。
7. 变更与终止
我们可能不时更新功能、界面或本协议。重大变更将通过应用内或其他合理方式告知。继续使用即表示你接受更新后的协议。必要时我们也可能暂停或终止部分服务，并尽量提前通知。
8. 适用法律
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律（在不与强制性规定冲突的前提下）。争议应先友好协商；协商不成的，可向开发者住所地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

1. About the service
BoopLog is a local journal app that helps you record everyday moments, weight, and reminders with your pet. These Terms form an agreement between you and the developer (contact: tuddvv7@gmail.com) regarding use of the app. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
2. License and restrictions
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the app; use it for unlawful or infringing activities; or interfere with its operation or attempt to bypass security measures.
3. Account and local records
Version 1.0 uses Sign in with Apple; later versions may add other sign-in methods as offered in the app. Core journal content stays on-device by default; Pro may enable iCloud sync. Content you create belongs to you and must be lawful and non-infringing. Signing out does not auto-delete local records; deleting the account or clearing local data removes them and is usually irreversible.
4. Subscriptions, purchases, and restore
Some features are offered via the Apple App Store as auto-renewable subscriptions or a one-time (lifetime) in-app purchase. Pricing, billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple’s applicable rules and your Apple ID settings. Manage renewals in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Unlock states in test or debug environments may be for development only and do not constitute a formal purchase commitment.
5. Sharing and export
You may voluntarily export records (including PDF) or share them via the system share sheet. Once content leaves this app, further handling is governed by the receiving app and its privacy policy; we cannot control it.
6. Disclaimer
Records, stats, and reminders are for personal reference only and are not medical, veterinary, or other professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, interruption, or indirect damages caused by device failure, system updates, user error, third-party outages, or force majeure; we will reasonably help investigate where we can.
7. Changes and termination
We may update features, UI, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. We may also suspend or end parts of the service when necessary and will try to give advance notice.
8. Governing law
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without conflicting with mandatory rules. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; otherwise, they may be brought before a court with jurisdiction at the developer’s domicile.
